Instead of viewing these twists as obstacles, he will highlight how embracing change and uncertainty can unlock growth, resilience, and new opportunities. Through his experiences, Matt will share practical insights on how career detours not only shape our perspective but also equip us with the skills and adaptability needed to thrive in future leadership positions.
