Earn 1 Qualifying Education Credit!
Session Description:
Inspired by The Squiggly Career by Helen Tupper and Sarah Ellis, Matt will reflect on the turns - both planned and unexpected - and pivotal moments that have defined his professional journey and ultimately guided him to his current role. Instead of viewing these twists as obstacles, he will highlight how embracing change and uncertainty can unlock growth, resilience, and new opportunities. Through his experiences, Matt will share practical insights on how career detours not only shape our perspective but also equip us with the skills and adaptability needed to thrive in future leadership positions.
