Session Description:
Many early- and mid-career professionals feel stuck or unsure of their impact, especially when advancement seems limited. This session explores those challenges and offers practical strategies to regain clarity, confidence, and momentum.

Drawing on personal experience as both a mentee and now an executive mentor and coach, the presenter will share approaches that help professionals recognize their value, navigate obstacles, and move forward with purpose. Participants will leave with tools to overcome stagnation and strengthen their career trajectory.

Qualifying Credit Information:
As an independent chartered chapter of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the ACHE of Maryland, is authorized to award 1.0 hours of ACHE Qualifying Education credits toward advancement or recertification in the American College of Healthcare Executives. Participants in this program who wish to have it considered for ACHE Qualifying Education credit should list their attendance when they apply to the American College of Healthcare Executives for advancement or recertification.
